To develop and own energy assets in selected markets where we can provide strategic value, lower our customer's total operating costs, and/or create more efficiency and reliability in our customer's business.

Strategies

  1. Provide a variety of turn-key services, including origination, design/build, and long-term project financing.
  2. Operate and maintain assets in cooperation with our operating partners SemGroup and Buckeye.
  3. Provide additional value-added services in all areas of the supply chain.
  4. Create global, long term relationships.
  5. Wholly own assets or partner where appropriate.
