December 1, 2011 - San Francisco Bay Terminal Project
The WesPac Energy Pittsburg Infrastructure Project is the modernization and reactivation of the existing marine terminal, oil storage and transfer facilities at the GenOn Pittsburg Generating Station. These upgraded and improved facilities will be used to transport and store virgin and partially refined crude oil. Products handled at the facility will be transported by pipeline, ship or barge. A Notice of Preparation of an EIR was issued by the City of Pittsburg to local residents and appropriate government agencies on July 21, 2011. A public EIR Scoping Meeting was held in the City of Pittsburg City Hall on August 4, 2011. The Draft EIR is expected to be completed in January 2012 and released for public review at that time.

August 2, 2011 – WesPac Los Angeles Pipeline Project
On August 2, 2011, WesPac Energy received the final certified EIR for both the Phase 1 and Phase 2 of its Los Angeles Pipeline. On January 8, 2012, WesPac’s franchise for this pipeline was made effective by the City of Los Angeles.

July 22, 2011 – Irvine CA - Oiltanking and WesPac Joint Venture
WesPac Energy and Oiltanking Anericas, Inc. have signed a definitive agreement to jointly develop and operate the Pittsburg (San Francisco Bay) California petroleum terminal. WesPac Energy Pittsburg LLC will refurbish the 5.5 million barrel tank farm and marine dock and activate various pipeline interconnections to the local area oil refineries.

(“Primoris” or “Company”) today announced that it has completed a strategic investment in WesPac Energy LLC (“WesPac”), a general energy infrastructure developer, which the company believes will broaden its exposure to a variety of pipeline, terminal, and energy-related infrastructure opportunities across North America. Primoris’s investment totaled approximately $18 million in cash in exchange for a 50% ownership interest in WesPac.
Founded in 1998 and based in Irvine, California, WesPac has extensive experience in developing pipeline and terminal projects in the United States, Canada and Mexico. WesPac creates long-term economic solutions for its customers and partners by expanding or enhancing existing infrastructure, and supporting supply-chain management, most notably in the areas of pipeline transportation and storage inefficiencies.
January 4, 2010 – FedEx Memphis Expansion
WesPac Pipelines-Memphis LLC has been contracted by Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) to expand its Memphis International Airport hydrant system to the former Air National Guard (ANG) ramp. The expansion includes additional 24-inch pipeline as well as pumping and filtration systems that will serve fueling for up to 15 additional FedEx large-body aircraft. The system is expected to be operational in fall 2010.
August 6, 2009 – WesPac Energy Costa Rica Project
WesPac Costa Rica SRL and its WesPac Consortium were awarded a contract by Refinadora Costarricense de Petróleo (RECOPE), the Costa Rica national oil company, to construct a set of five pipelines between RECOPE’s receiving dock and the country’s sole refinery in Limon, on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. The contract, which was awarded on February 19, 2009, has an expected completion date in mid-January 2011. The pipelines consist of two lines 20-inch in diameter for crude oil and diesel fuel, two 12-inch lines for fuel oil and LPGs, and one 6-inch jet fuel line, all with various valves and connections. WesPac Costa Rica, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WesPac Energy Group, views this project in Costa Rica as the first step in its mutually beneficial business relationship with RECOPE.
