  • Pipeline through urban areas to airport / major supply security increase
  • Eliminated need for truck deliveries of jet fuel to airport
  • Reduced transportation, terminal, manpower costs, and air emissions
  • Added additional dedicated jet fuel storage
  • Resolved quality control issues on incoming common carrier system
  • Included airport FBO in project to further reduce Consortium costs
